The tech that helped us on the phone was knowledgeable and logical in his diagnostics which led us to getting a new modem from our broadband provider. We have now even upgraded to a faster service, and the HD card upgrade. We now get more great quality HD movies and TV than I ever thought possible in Mexico. Since we received it shipped, it has just worked, and nearly flawlessly. We have had to manually update a couple of add-ons but it was a minor inconvenience considering the true value we have already got out of the system. My wife loves the Spanish subtitles , because she does not understand English. Overall I give the system a 9.5 of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone considering a purchase.

I love not being tied to my TV since the system basically DVR’s everything for me and I can watch almost everything at a later date. My only wish would be that the system would run wirelessly so that I could use it on our other TV’s and truly be done with SKY! I only wish I would have known about this earlier.
